Puneet Bhargava

I am Puneet Bhargava and have the pleasure of teaching Class 4 of the Hillsborough location. I have been associated with Sanatan Vidyalay for four years now and great to see our growth in the community. Professionaly I am a Biochemical Engineer now working for Nestle Nutrition in Florham Park, NJ. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and keep myself up to date in the world of sports especially ice hockey.

Shubhra Bhargava

I am Shubhra Bhargava and have been teaching the youngest class at Sanatan Vidyalay for the last three years. I am a Computer Science Engineer by profession and work at Cisco Systems where we are “Changing the Way We Live, Work, Play and Learn”.

This is being lived to the fullest with my three little daughters at home and I love spending time with them. In my free time, I also enjoy being with family, friends and entertaining.

Dhirja Gangopadhyay

She is a teaching volunteer at the Piscataway and Kendall Park locations. Her professional background is diverse and in past she has performed several roles not limited to Program management, Brand Marketing and Product Design.

She currently works for a major investment bank on Wall Street. Her academic background includes a degree in Instrument Technology with majors in Telemedicine from IIT Delhi, India as well as a Masters in Information Sciences with a concentration in Electronic/Digital information organization from Rutgers University, NJ.

Santu Ghosh

I enjoy reading and language, and learning more about communication with people with autism.

Moti Mehrotra

She was born and raised in a small city in Northern India, called Lakhimpur Kheri. From early school years, she was the star in the Debate and Public Speaking competitions at the district level. Moti was one of the first women in Lakhimpur to have received a graduate degree – B.A. in English, Political Science, Hindi and Sanskrit. She wanted to have education be more widely available and opened a small elementary school with just a couple of teachers and a few students. Today, that school is the oldest surviving school in Lakhimpur Kheri and has flourished into a full-fledged college providing Associate Degrees to thousands of students. Her love for education once again has translated in leading and formulating the teachings at the Sanatan Vidyalay.

Dr. Naveen Mehrotra

He is a pediatrician in private practice and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Practicing in Central New Jersey with one of the highest concentrations of South Asians, Dr. Mehrotra is dedicated to improving the overall health of South Asians, particularly those who have recently immigrated. Dr. Mehrotra has helped found the SKN Foundation, a community based non-profit organization to address the needs of the community at a grassroots level. He loves to teach the children of the Sanatan Vidyalay.

Diksha Syal

He was born and raised in Madurai, Tamil Nadu,India. After graduating from BITS, Pilani he moved to U.S.A for work. He is working as an Information Technology Manager in an investment bank in New York. He currently resides in Edison with his wife and two sons. He is interested in Music and Sports.

Manoj Syal

Dr. Neha Saraiya is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her MD from University of Illinois. She has worked in central NJ in private practices and has seen childhood obesity, poor nutrition and an increase in food allergies in South Asians. In 2008 her own 1 year old daughter was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to all nuts,dairy and eggs. She realized the challenges associated with a diagnosis of food allergies,especially in the Asian Indian diet and recognized the need for education and advocacy for those affected with food allergies. She subsequently began a home based bakery business for specialty allergen free baked goods to the local community. She is committed to advocacy for child health/nutrition/obesity/fitness and food allergies. She is a member of the Food Allergy Research and Education organization, Allergy and Asthma support group of Central NJ and has spoken on the topic of food allergies.She is involved in the local community and volunteers along with her 7 year old daughter at Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. She has personal interest in yoga and is happy to be involved in Sanatan Vidyalay as the yoga instructor in Hillsborough Center.

Jagdish Talreja
